We will evaluate each case in regards to your wishes, the patient's expectations, and what the overall prognosis is for the tooth in question. Drs. Wright and Mitchell are not "one tooth endodontists". They understand how endodontic treatment fits into a comprehensive treatment plan. We strive to relieve you and your office of any stresses that might be associated with endodontic treatment and aim to give your patients a fantastic experience that they will tell their friends about!
Caring: We not only care for your patient, we care about them. We know that many patients fear endodontic procedures, so we take as much time as necessary listening and setting their minds at ease before moving forward.
Convenient: Appointments are available from 7:45 am to 6:30 pm. Monday through Friday. The office is closed for lunch from 1:00 to 2:00. Because we have two doctors to serve your patients, you can rest assured that they are seen on a timely basis. Each of our doctors has a mobile app that provides them with patient and scheduling information to be able to access our entire patient record base and history from their phones. Insurance pre-authorizations are done by the office team. Special “referring doctors” phone line to our office ensures quick and efficient use of your time to contact our office team.
Thorough: We understand that your are busy and in many cases don’t have time to seek out information about patients you’ve referred to us. That’s why we push information directly to you so that you have a thorough understanding of status of your patients’ treatment. Streamlined transfer of information is detailed for the doctor. Written reports emailed to your office address within 48 hours. Photo’s and other images as necessary.
The Practice Concierge: We have a designated customer care representative (Karen) that is dedicated to ensuring your referred patient is in good hands. The practice concierge acts as a liaison between your practice and ours.
